QUOC Gran Tourer III: The Go Anywhere Adventure Shoe

Fifteen years ago QUOC began as a passion project for Quoc Pham, who strove to design a shoe that not only looked beautiful, but satisfied his need for something lightweight and versatile to ride in. The initial design of QUOC shoes was meant to embody the adventure and excitement of riding a bike, and the feelings that encompass those emotions.

For fifteen years QUOC has further developed on this idea, and continues to introduce new colours, designs, silhouettes and materials. The theme this season is Haze. Inspired by the sensations you might feel at the start of an early morning ride.

“When I’m on my bike, time stretches and contracts and I come home feeling tired but energised – the best ideas always happen in that hazy space. Objects reveal parts of your identity, and when you wear something like a shoe, taking it to different places, you become attached to it differently. It becomes an extension of yourself. The real challenge is finding the balance between performance, comfort, and style. We’ve created our own style — not too slick, not too rugged — for riders who don’t fit the “classic” cycling mould, kind of like the way gravel carved out its own space,” (QUOC, 2026).

The Gran Tourer III is the latest evolution in QUOC’s gravel footwear lineup, designed for riders who chase adventure in every form. At its core, it's about balance: performance when you need it and comfort when it matters. The Gran Tourer III is made to handle everything from multi-day bikepacking trips to off-route shortcuts on the daily commute– a gravel shoe that reflects years of rider feedback and thoughtful product development.

Visually, the Gran Tourer III stays true to QUOC’s reputation for understated design. The signature matte microfibre upper gives the shoe a clean, polished look, while subtle reflective accents add both style and visibility. Its one-piece construction is built to resist stains and poor weather, with breathable ventilation that supports comfort across a wide range of riding conditions.

The shoe is available right now in Lilac Haze. At 321 grams in a size EU42, the Gran Tourer III is lightweight enough for performance-focused riders while still offering durability and walkability.
