While we strive to get your bike back into your hands as quickly as possible due to our compressed riding season we can get very busy during the spring/summer months. We suggest you call ahead or email your store of choice to book an appointment for major service.

Tune-Up Packages
We will happily service any e-bike we sell as well as most brands equipped with Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, Brose, Hyena or Dyname (Rocky Mountain) motors. As a rule, we do not service bikes equipped with hub motors (unless sold by us), throttles or conversion kits. Due to the complexity of some e-bike repairs the standard fee schedule may not apply to all procedures. Please bring a copy of your battery key (if applicable) when dropping your bike off for service, many models of e-bikes require the removal of the battery for access to electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
