It's always free! All of the items in our online catalogue are available for free in-store pick up.
We will email you when your order is ready for pick up
- Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing.
- Head to our Sales Counter or speak with any of our staff to help you pick up your order.
- Please come prepared with your order pick up confirmation in digital or printed format.
- You will need to bring picture ID and the Credit Card used to make your purchase in order to pick up your order.
Please try to pick up your order within 7 business days or call our Online Customer Service Team to make alternate arrangements. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to our inventory and your payment will be converted to in-store credit.

Receive replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Protect your shipment with insured shipping through The Bike Shop and receive replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If you choose to not insure your package, there is no coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All insured packages will need a signature upon delivery
The cost to insure your package:
- $5 for orders under $300
- 1.5% of the value of the order for orders over $300
Standard Ground Shipping does not include insurance. If you want to insure your shipment, please select "Insured Standard Ground" as your shipping method.

If you live in Calgary, Airdre, Cochrane, Okotoks, or Chestermere we offer Pedal Ready Delivery. Here's what to expect:
- Fast local delivery
- Free on orders over $60, and $8 for orders under $60
- Bikes come assembled, ready to pedal
- Minor adjustments can be made at the time of delivery by an experienced bike mechanic
- Route tracking information provided
- We can deliver to your home, business, or where ever is best for you
Select "Pedal Ready Delivery" in the checkout and our staff will reach out to coordinate a time and date for delivery. At this time, Pedal Ready Delivery is only available for online orders.

Due to tariffs, we are not currently offering shipping to the United States in our checkout.
If you are looking to ship an order to the United States, please reach out to our sales team and we can coordinate shipping for your order.
Shipping Internationally
Shipping Internationally
Orders sent internationally are shipped by Xpresspost or DHL Express. Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and customers are responsible for paying them. The Bike Shop is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

When you buy a bike from The Bike Shop, customer care starts even before the bike is in your hands. We take pride in taking the time to make sure you get your bike in the best condition possible and that it's safe during the shipping journey. Our bike mechanics do a safety check and tune-up before carefully wrapping up your bike to box it and ship it out to you.
