When you buy a bike at The Bike Shop, you get 15% off of parts and accessories for the first 30 days following your bike purchase. The discount will automatically apply in the checkout at the time of purchase with your bike. This excludes items already marked down and some brands.

Service Plan
If you're local to Calgary or Canmore, you also get one complimentary complete tune-up within the first 16 months of owning the bike. Also included is a lifetime of unlimited service checks to keep you informed on the overall condition of your bike.

After Purchase Support
You're not on your own after you buy a bike from us. We have a dedicated e-comm team that is here to assist if you need help with anything. We also created video tutorials on how to unbox your bike when it arrives and get it ready to read.

• Standard pedal bikes over $1250: Free
• Standard pedal bikes under $1250: $100
• Electric bikes: $200
• Fat bikes: $200
• Kid's bikes: $60

Cargo bikes:
Due to the size of the box that cargo bikes ship in, we are unable to ship cargo bikes directly to your address. Cargo bikes are shipped to a Manitoulin Depot for you to pick-up. For more detail, visit our shipping page.
