A DOWNHILL BIKE WITH A BUILT-IN CHAIRLIFTIf you feel the pull of gravity riding but want an extra push to get to the top, the Bullit is for you. Specifically designed to excel on the toughest terrain, it features an electric motor to get you to the drop-in of the wildest trails. The Bullit is the closest you can get to owning both a downhill bike and a chairlift. Even though our stock builds typically check all the boxes on the "dream bike" list, sometimes new products are introduced at odd times, or or don't meet the goals of a particular build kit. And when longtime Santa Cruz Syndicate partner, Fox Racing Shocks, introduced the inverted Podium fork, we knew we had to do something special. The Bullit podium is a limited-edition offering that features a special Pink Splatter paint job, complete with color-matched Mavens from SRAM, an e13 Sidekick hub, and even comes with a Bosch PowerMore range extender. The result? The best bike for big days now looks even better.

If you're on the cusp between the recommended height range of two sizes, the absolute best thing is to try to ride them both. At a minimum, check the stack/reach measurements on your current bike and compare it to the new model you are looking at to get an idea of a fit you are already comfortable with. If riding the bike is not an option, consider the following.

A larger size frame will be more stable, and will give you more room to move without upsetting the weight-balance of the bike. The larger size will put the front wheel further in front of you, which gives the feeling of security and conversely, it will require more significant body movements when you WANT to shift the weight-bias of the bike. Think hard about your riding style and how active/intuitive you want it to be vs stable and speedy. You'll need to work a bit harder to muscle the larger bike around.

Not all bodies at a given height are the same. If you have longer legs and a shorter torso than the average person your height, that may push you towards the smaller of the recommended sizes. If you're all torso and arms, most likely you'll want to size up.

The Bullit takes a no-limits approach to ebikes. With DH-derived geometry, huge travel, and burly components, it thrives on challenging trails. The full carbon frame and hardware are so bulletproof that we offer a lifetime warranty. Every chassis decision was made to ensure this bike handles like few others. It’s the obvious choices like the bombproof, lightweight carbon frame, superior suspension, and tailored geometry. But also the details—like a seatstay bridge, one-piece link for tracking, and an enclosed downtube for tuning material mass.

The Bullit is a no-limits ebike. With DH-derived geometry, huge travel, and rugged components, it's made for the wildest trails that would typically require a downhill bike. With 170mm travel front and rear make the Bullit the closest thing to a downhill bike without a dual-crown fork.

With 600 Wh integrated, plus the optional 250 Wh PowerMore range extender, provides the freedom to go far. On a regular day (you know, 1400-1800m of vert), the main battery will be enough, and you can avoid carrying the extra heft. Heading out for a big one? Just strap on the extra battery.Connect your bike experience. Customize mode routes, track rides, and let the Range Control select modes for you.
